Having packed our walking boots and a picnic, we wanted to find somewhere with a longer walk than White Pine Bush, and a little further down the road we found sign posts to Tangoio Falls. The walk to the falls was about an hour and a half, full of lots of birds, lush trees and a forrest. We saw no-one, it was really peaceful. When we got to the falls, there was a decking area so we had our picnic, took in the scenery and then headed back.
