Waaaaa Hooooooo, We are back!!

Well, thankfully the testing post worked and we appear to be back on....well, 'what have we been upto ?' I hear you ask!!....Well, basically since my last post which I believe was the beginning of August I have been so ill....ewww. Baby Holland and my body have been having crossed words...resulting in me being sick lots and lots and lots...day and night. I have hyperemisis, which is basically extreme vomiting in pregnancy...my symptoms have calmed somewhat...I have only been sick 3 times so far today...woopie doo!! It has been a tough few months for us both, I have been in hospital a couple of times..and Graham has basically been doing everything he can to look after me and ease my symptoms.....this has included and still includes:
* Providing various bowls throughout the day for me vomit in!
*Feeding me at extremely regular intervals...every 20-30 mins...I kid you not!
* Stroking my back and tummy whilst I throw up for England!
*Graham has been known to cook his tea at 10pm, when I am asleep so I don't smell it.
*Graham has also been known to eat his tea outside on the decking!

I could go on.....the joys of becoming a father eh!!! We soon learnt that a few measures help with the sickness...eating so so often, I carry a bag with me at all times full of food and eat these so often throughout the day, I eat whilst driving, whilst in bed, whilst in meetings....I don't care, this helps somewhat...I am also on anti sickness medication, which helps when I keep it down, and I now also have a trusty nose clip that my mum sent over from home to avoid smells!

Despite all this...we are both very exited...this last few weeks I have really started to enjoy my pregnancy. Graham has painted nursery...and I will accessorize when we find out the sex of baby in about 2 weeks. We have bought a very large teddy bear that we just couldn't resist last week...he is sat in the corner of the nursery waiting for his new friend!! We went for our 12 week scan and baby is all good, cute nose, chin, arms, legs, tummy..la la la...just gorgeous.....just like his/her daddy!!!

Erm, really difficult to keep you all up to speed with what we have been doing as it has been so long...oh.....we have bought a house!lol. In a small village called Clive in Hawkes Bay, we have 3 bedrooms, open plan kitchen, lounge, dining room, a newly fitted bathroom...with a bath!! yeah..and gardens at front, rear and side!lol..we have a spa pool aswell! Graham has been doing lots of improvements as usual...I will try and post some pics later.

Oh well, we will love you and leave you...still not 100% so posts may still not be as regular as they used to be...but I am really chuffed I can share Graham big 40th with you all next week!!!!
