Hi all, it has been sooo long!!!
In short, the modem on our computer packed in...and we are in New Zealand...so everything takes that little bit longer! We have been offline for a while...and I forgotten most of what we have been doing this week, so think it is probably best just to go from here!!
We have been house hunting a great deal...we found one place we really liked, right near the beach with sea views, however I went to do some investigating at the council and all wasn't what it seemed...plans had just been approved to build 73 houses opposite! It is amazing how estate agents memories seem to retain some info and forget key info isn't it!!! So..after a lot of thought ( and I am still not convinced) we have decided not to pursue this house...even though I had decorated it in my head and landscaped the garden!
Hannah and Steve popped in again for 2 nights last week, it was great to see them again, they had wonderful pictures of the South Island and had had a great time. They will be back in Oz now...miss Hannah a lot....
Life is jst 'normal' now...going to work, coming home, doing the weekly shopping etc...we can't wait for the summer again so we can get outdoors again after work.
