Awake bright and early, finishing the tidying and cleaning of the house. A trip to my mums to drop cases off and then loaded the car up again to give some stuff to family to store. Marjory ( neighbour) came around to see if we wanted any help and then we popped next door to our friends Brian and Gillian for a brew later in the morning. We rang the estate agents at 9.00am and asked what time they wanted the keys and they said not to rush as most people's houses don't complete until after 2.00pm. So we decided to have a well earned break when the phone rang, the money was in our account,can we take the keys to estate agents asap. We left the house at about 11.15am, popped to estate agents and then to my mums for bacon butties...thanks mum and Gav......
Sat at kitchen table, and tried to catch our breath and work out all of the appointments we have booked for the following week...did some ringing around and then we we're off to Cumbria to Grahams mums, Motorway was awful, raning badly, and most of the journey ( when going past lorries) was pure guess work...anyway we arrived!
