Te Mata Cheeses

I went on a 'christmas do' the other week to Te Mata Cheeses on the outskirts of Havelock North, the surrounding were beautiful.and watching peoples faces tasting the cheeses was priceless!! To top it off, we had hired a bus...shipped over from London...I felt 'right at home!!'

He's only gone and caught a fish!!!!

Graham and Jon went out kayaking off the port the other day...and Graham came back with a little Snapper!!! yeeeaaaahhhh!!!! ha ha

Strawberry Patch

On Sunday we decided that we would go out to the Strawberry Patch, Graham and I had visited when we first arrived last year and we loved it. Basically you get there, pick a bucket and go off into the fields and pick your own strawberries...the fields are jam packed and it is great fun. When you have finished, you get them weighed..pay and usually grab a homemade strawberry ice cream!!

Competitions were had for the biggest strawberry....and we think Nat won!

Nat, Paul and the boys visited from Cambridge...

Last weekend, my friend Nat and her family came to visit us from Cambridge, which is North West of Hawkes Bay and about 3 and a half hours away. On Saturday we went to the beach for the day...boys went body boarding, and we sat having a chat on the beach...and I forgot my camera...grrrr..there may be photo's to follow as Nat may send some!

We went for a little walk around Napier and some gardens before dinner, and then went to Perfume Point for Fish and Chips on the beach!

We came home and the boys had a dip in our spa pool!!

Glass Ballaustrading (spelling?)

Hi all,

Graham has been a busy bee with his friend Gavin..they have put glass ballaustrading up around the outside of the decking at the front of the house..looks worlds better,and is a lot safer for when baby Holland arrives!

November 2008...We're having a BOY!!!

Went for the 20 week scan 3 weeks ago now. Baby is healthy and growing well....and we found out we are having a boy!

When I went into office the following day, I had these lovely flowers waiting for me...
